Trading holiday on account of Ramzan Eid [Apr 10,2024]
Equity Cash, F&O, and Currency markets will remain closed on April 11, 2024, on account of Eid-Ul-Fitr (Ramzan Eid). Commodity markets will be closed for the first half and trading will be open only in the evening session (5:00 pm onwards).
Since its also a settlement holiday, your commodity account balance on April 11, 2024, will not include the credits from:
Profits (Realized and Marked to Market) from trades or positions in the derivatives on April 10, 2024
Credits from exiting positions on April 10, 2024.
