Rainbow Children's Medicare Limited is a multi-specialty paediatric and obstetrics and gynaecology hospital chain in India, providing services such as newborn and paediatric intensive care, paediatric multi-specialty services, paediatric quaternary care, obstetrics and gynaecology, including normal and complex obstetric care, and multidisciplinary foetal care, perinatal genetic and fertility care.

Rainbow Children's Medicare operated 14 hospitals and three clinics in six cities as of December 31, 2021, with a total bed capacity of 1,500 beds and 641 full-time doctors and 1,947 part-time/visiting doctors. Rainbow Children's Medicare's public offering consists of a new issue of equity shares worth up to Rs. 280 crores and a sale of 2.4 crore equity shares from selling shareholders. Read more
