Policybazaar (PB Fintech) is India’s largest online platform for insurance and lending products providing access to insurance, credit and other financial products through its platforms Policybazaar and Paisabazaar. Policybazaar, launched in 2008 is company’s flagship platform providing consumers and insurer partners access to buy and sell core insurance products. As of September 30, 2021, 49 insurer partners offered over 390 term, health, motor, home and travel insurance products on the platform. Policybazaar was India's largest digital insurance marketplace with a 93.4% market share based on the number of policies sold in Fiscal 2020. Also, in the same year, 65.3% of all digital insurance sales in India by volume were transacted through Policybazaar.

Paisabazar, launched in 2014 is digital lending platform that enables consumers to compare, choose and apply for personal credit products. The platform has 56 partnerships with large banks, NBFCs and fintech lenders who offer a wide choice of product offerings across personal credit categories, including personal loans, business loans, credit cards, home loans and loans against property. PB Fintech aims to raise Rs. 5,700 crores through fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 3,750 crores and an offer for sale of equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 1,950 crores from existing shareholders.
